1 (12 oz.) pkg. Meijer Bow-tie pasta- $0.89
1 cup Meijer Light Italian Vinaigrette- $0.94
4 oz. Meijer Deli Turkey, cut into strips- $1.25

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again. Place in serving bowl. Add vinaigrette to cooked pasta; toss to coat. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Add meats, cucumber, tomato and olives. Toss to combine. Top with cheese and chopped fresh parsley, if desired and serve.

Whitefish with Watermelon Salsa Verde- Serves 4
1/4 cup chopped cilantro- $0.16
2/3 cup chopped green onions- $0.25
1 1/2 cups chopped seedless watermelon- $1.25
2 tbsp. lime juice- $0.20
2 tbsp. Meijer Extra Virgin Olive Oil (on hand)
1 1/2 cups seeded chopped Premium Greenhouse Tomatoes on the Vine- $0.84
1/2 small jalepeno pepper, seeded and minced- $0.50
4 (6 oz) fillets fresh ocean perch- $5.99
Preheat grill to medium-high. Meanwhile combine all ingredients in a large bowl, except for fish and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until use. Rinse fish and pat dry. Brush fillets with 1 tbsp. olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place fish on a light sheet of tin foil or skin side down on grill. Cover grill and cook for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Top fish with watermelon salsa.
