Hawaiian Style Drumsticks- Serves 4
1/3 cup Meijer Teriyaki Marinade- $1.09
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper- $0.10
1 Delmonte Pineapple Fruit Cup- $0.64
1 tbsp. cider vinegar- $0.09
1/3 cup shredded coconut- $0.50
2 lb. skinless chicken drumsticks (about 8)- $3.18
2 tbsp. sliced green onion- $0.25
Combine teriyaki marinade, pineapple, coconut, vinegar, green onion, and cayenne in blender of food processor. Blend until well mixed. Place chicken in resealable plastic bag; add marinade mixture. Turn to coat, press to remove excess air, and seal. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Preheat grill to medium direct heat. Grill drumsticks, covered, 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once or twice.
