Um, taco mix does not a fajita make. The flavors are very, very different. Pull a fajita mix packet off the shelf instead. Trust me. And grab a fresh lime if they're available. Squeeze a bit of the juice over the grilled chicken and veg just before serving for a brighter flavor.

World Harbors sells a bottled fajita mix that is very good to pour over your sauteed chicken strips and stir fried green peppers, sweet onions and fresh tomato chunks to put into your tortillas. You can jazz it up with a bit of cilantro, avocado, salsa or hot sauce if you want.
