Turkey Bratwurst with Peppers and Onions
Serves: 5

1 pkg. (19.5 ounce) Jennie-O Turkey Bratwurst or Italian Sausage
1 tbsp. Meijer olive oil
1 green and 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 small sweet onion, sliced
White whole wheat hot dog rolls
Meijer spicy brown mustard.
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Add oil to a large skillet and place over medium heat. Add bell pepper strips and sliced onion. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Cook about 15 minutes, until peppers and onion are tender, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and cover to keep warm.
3. Place sausage on hot grill and cook 12-16 minutes, turning 2-3 times, until done (internal temperature of 165 degrees)
4. Serve sausages in rolls topped with peppers and onions. Add spicy brown mustard if desired.

Skinny Herbed Potato Salad:
Serves: 6
2 1/2 pounds red potatoes, cubed

1 cup diced green bell pepper

1/2 cup diced sweet onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup Meijer nonfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Meijer olive oil
2 tbsp. seasoned rice wine vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
3/4 tsp. salt
1. Add 5-6 cups water to a large saucepan and bring potatoes and garlic to a boil (over medium-high heat). Cook 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and let cool 30 minutes.
2. Whisk together yogurt, dill, oregano, mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, and salt in a large bowl until combined.
3. Gently fold potatoes into yogurt mixture. Cover and chill 1 to 12 hours. Garnish with dill sprigs if desired.

All-American Apple Crisp
Serves: 12
Ingredients:
10 Cups Apples (about 8 apples, use semi-tart apples for best flavor)
3 tbsp. Meijer Granulated Sugar
2 tbsp. McCormick Cinnamon (divided)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup Meijer Rolled Oats
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 cup Butter (softened)
1/2 tsp McCormick ground nutmeg

Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Core and slice apples and place in a 13X9 baking dish. Sprinkle granulated sugar and half of the cinnamon over apples.
3. Mix remainder of dry ingredients and then cut in butter. Sprinkle topping evenly over apples.
4. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, until crumb is nicely browned and apples are tender when poked with a fork.
